In the pack
Net weight is 2 kg per pack. Frozen packs keep at -18 °C or below, thaw overnight in the fridge and cook through. Every pack carries its own prep and cooking note.
Delivery & cold chain
Frozen packs leave us at -18 °C in an insulated box with cold packs; the swimming crab travels chilled and the dried cuttlefish travels sealed and dry. If a box arrives damaged or out of condition, reply to your order email and we will sort it out.
